Intro

Hey all,

I enjoy learning, assisting, and pondering about many ideas that I come across in life. Luckily, I have many friends and family that make learning easier than if I had not come across the interesting people I have acquainted with. Truthfully, the perfect time to start this blog would have been during the beginnings of COVID-19, still affecting our societies to this day. But, I decided that I might as well try my hand at this, and if I like it enough, I will continue. If not, at least I will know what my capabilities are. After all, this is just a sharing of knowledge — how hard can it be?

Okay, it is hard. Everyone at some point had a moment where they did not want to come in front of a classroom and share their insight on some book they have read, historical research they have completed, all for a grade submitted by the teacher remarking how competent they are in delivering a speech. Look, I have been there multiple times, less so lately, but it was difficult in the beginning. Here, I decided I wanted more of that judgment, not by teachers and professors, but by readers such as you!

My experience in writing blogs sort of reflects my experience with writing about fantasy football blogs in my current fantasy football league, a league I have been a part of for the past eleven years. To keep that league going, I make an effort to submit my own power rankings that enumerate to around 1500–2000 words. After submitting some pieces, I wondered if I could do this for other subjects that people would find interesting, that I also find interesting. And, if you do not like what I have to say, you can always search for other authors, or send me an idea of a topic that I will consider.
